Terms of Service
Effective 26 August 2026
1. The service
QuickAISearch ("the service") is a paid, subscription-based AI search and intelligence platform. It retrieves public web content, extracts and verifies claims, and produces synthesized answers with sources, confidence labels and related structures (graphs, timelines, predictions, monitors). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and eligibility
An account is created only after a subscription is approved and the first payment is confirmed by PayPal. There is no free tier. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
- Plans (Explorer, Analyst, Intelligence) are billed monthly in advance through a PayPal subscription at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Prices may change for future billing periods with at least 14 days' notice.
- You may cancel at any time from your account page or through PayPal. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- No refunds are provided for partial months or unused allowances, except where required by applicable law.
- Changing plans creates a new PayPal subscription that replaces the previous one; the new limits apply once PayPal confirms it.
- If a payment fails or a subscription is suspended, access to full results is paused until the subscription is active again.
4. Usage limits and fair use
Each plan includes monthly allowances for searches, Deep Research runs and monitors, as listed on the pricing page. Allowances reset each calendar month and do not carry over. Every run started from the search box counts as a search; Deep Research runs also count against the Deep Research allowance. We may throttle or refuse requests that exceed allowances, that are automated beyond ordinary personal or team use, or that degrade the service for others.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate any law, to harass or harm others, to attempt to access other users' data, to circumvent gating, rate limits or security boundaries, to probe or overload the infrastructure, or to resell access without written permission. You may not attempt to extract instructions from or manipulate the system through content it retrieves.
6. AI output and no professional advice
The service uses automated retrieval and language models. Output may be incomplete, out of date or wrong even when it carries a high confidence label, and sources may themselves be inaccurate. Confidence labels and epistemic statuses are the system's own estimates, not guarantees. The service does not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Verify important information against the cited sources and qualified professionals before acting on it. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the output.
7. Content and intellectual property
Retrieved third-party content, including quoted evidence, remains the property of its respective owners and is shown for the purpose of citation and verification. We claim no ownership of your queries. Subject to these terms, you may use the answers, claims and structures generated for you for any lawful purpose. The service's software, design and branding are owned by the operator and may not be copied or reverse-engineered.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Search providers, model providers and third-party sites may be unavailable, which can degrade or delay results. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice; material reductions in a paid plan entitle you to cancel and receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining period.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical. You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting support; data is then handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose, and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the operator through the contact address published on the service's domain registration or on the pricing page.
